Grafitti app. - everything convenient, great location, nice view from balcony

I missed the concert behind the corner at Pierre's Cafe-Bar, walking by on the way back from the city. I would appreciate a promo leaflet with the program in the building:-)/apartment. The stairs from the "bedroom" are very narrow without support arms, which was a bit of an adventure.

I was in the "forest" apartment - very well located; clean, a few small details that help make it more comfortable, like slippers, kitchen fully equipped and new, as well as complimentary coffee... if the weather allows it has a lot of light, and it even has a balcony. It is also very quiet. Price is adequate

the bed in the upper part is kind of uncomfortable, due to the steep stairs. two individual mattresses together instead of a single large one; pillows not that good; the kitchen has no air extractor, and the studio being not quite big, if you cook it will likely leave the smell all around the apartment; likewise the shower has no ventilation, and of course no privacy, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The tv is placed in a weird position, difficult to watch comfortably; in the upper part there is a plug with a small light that never stops blinking and can be annoying in the night.

The location is superb. In the middle of Graz and everything is super close. The Kunsthaus (with tram station) as well as the Clock Tower are in walking distance. The tram can take you everywhere else in minutes.

The room with graffiti design is horrible. It feels like you are sleeping on the street in front of an old factory that has been clustered with random graffiti. I think other rooms might be better. So make sure to put that into preferences.

Wonderful place to stay for a few days in Graz. The location is very close to the historical centre and not very far to the train station. The apartment I stayed in (the Forest) was a bit small, but I knew that and was not surprised. Kitchen was very good with a functioning fridge and even a decent coffee maker. A small balcony with a view into the courtyard is nice for breakfasts. A Hofer supermarket is very close to the location. The entry system through a key code is comfortable. I got all necessary information in a timely manner and everything was concise and easily understandable. The bed was quite comfortable and everything was absolutely clean.

The stairs up to the twin bed are not exactly user-friendly; be careful while ascending.
