OPN Apartments Bled

Everything was clean and nice. Good value for money. Right next to the castle, good pizza restaurant near, nice shortcut to the lake shore In the woods.

This apartment was truly a gem of a place! It’s large, super cozy, and very well-equipped. My favorite features were the private terrace overlooking the mountains and castle Bled, the motion sensor light as soon as you walk into the apartment (so helpful when you get in after dark), the cute decor around the apartment (especially the modern wall clock in the kitchen area), and the absolute peacefulness and beauty around the property. You can walk right up to the castle in about 10 minutes, as well as to Lake Bled. The owners were so friendly and polite, and they accommodated both a late check in and check out, which I appreciated so much. I had an issue with the TV, and they came to fix it immediately. Great service!

The only downside is that it’s about a 10-15 minute walk (some uphill) away from the bus/center which was a rough walk with a 20kg suitcase in the dark! 🤣 I would recommend a taxi (10€+ for a 5 minute drive so it’s pricey, though) if you have baggage and are arriving late. The only recommendation I have for the owners would be a little more lighting (motion sensor) around the property, because it was very dark when I arrived.

Great location, apartment on ground floor was very airy, open, spacious w/ huge outdoors deck. Really comfortable & clean. Communication w/ owners was efficient & easy. No issues, would use again.
