OPN Apartments Bled

very well situated apartments, close comfortable parking on the property, nice kitchen with a lot of equipment, terrace

dishwasher in one of the apartments (on the right side) was not really washing well, bathrooms and floor in both apartments were dirty so with the 3 little kids we had to clean it up properly. Not a negative but there were a lot of mosquitos so it would be great to install nets to the windows and doors to prevent them from flying inside.

The double bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a good shower cubicle and double sink. A nice, quiet place. We couldn’t use the table and chairs on the outside patio as it rained, but they were a good bonus. We appreciated the coffee machine with complementary capsules!

The kitchen table and benches - a little creaky, old cushions. Some of the outdated soft furnishings can be renewed at a low cost. Our main problem was there weren’t enough places to hang towels and clothes (the cupboards have only shelves), so for a family of 5 this was a little inconvenient. I requested an extra pillow upon arrival and was surprised the proprietor did not grace me with a response - if a pillow was not available, she should say and I’ll understand.

Furnished to a good, modern standard. Parking directly outside We are a family of 4 with 2 older teens and the apartment had enough space for us all 10 min walk to the Lake

We had no hot water for our entire 2 night stay. We appreciate the owner instructed services to fix the issue, but that didn’t happen until after we left The owner failed to reply when we asked for partial compensation - hot water is a basic service of any accommodation booked and paid for Thankfully Booking.com were more professional and gave a token amount of compensation but said the owners had not been part of the decision We found the apartment difficult to find when we arrived. It’s behind a car park / building area up a small rough track. Signage would have helped

Very nice apartment, alocated close to the Lake. Perfectly furnished kitchen. Keys in the lock-box.

We enjoyed every part of the apartman but mostly it's location. It is very close to the castle and the lake. (abot 10-15 minute walk)
