Nothing to like, the code did not work, we had to get back to our car, store our stuff and change clothes, we enjoyed city in sweaty conditions. host reset password around 10pm and after that we were able to get to the room.

One of the most horrible experiences I ever had. The host did not reacted for over 1h when the code for door did not work, he havent answered phone and we couldnt get into our room. he reset the code after 10pm!!!

Location

Apartment seems different in reality, the building is old. Owner was unresponsive to my messages. I didn’t receive a check-in instructions in English.

Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. At 7:00 a.m. the next guest unlocked the door and entered the apartment. I was still in bed. I tried to contact the owner. She didn't agree to talk on the phone, we could only exchange text messages, which made the communication more difficult. The owner blamed Booking.com, offered me 500 CZK as compensation, which was a nice gesture, but i still haven't recived the money, which makes me doubt the owner's credibilty. It is unacceptable that the owner doesn't change the code to unlock the door. That basicly means anyone can enter the apartment anytime...

The location was ok. other than that - everything else was awful.

This is probably the worst place I have ever booked. For three days of staying there was no option to use the shower, because on the first day the water flooded the entire living room, causing damage to my luggage. There was only one small old towel given to use, so there was nothing really with which we could absorb the water, just to wait for them to absorb into the wood floor and dry. Additionally, there were small annoying things: the lamp in the living room didn't work, the couch was stained, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the stairway had heavy smell of cigarettes. For all these things - nothing was taken care of by the owner, who said that she is out of town... The communication with the her was very problematic, to say the least, and they didn't agree to speak over the phone, just to use text messages - which made everything more complicated and slow. When we complained to Booking, she kept insisting that everything is ok, blaming us for not cooperating with her. She never sent anyone to try to fix the shower, so we tried to clean the drain ourselves but it didn't work. I spent my entire staying in the city by trying to communicating with her and with booking, so I can at least take a shower. After several complains to Booking, the owner agreed to compensate for half of the cost, which was not enough for three days without an option to take a shower.
