A good access to the city centre , within about 10 minutes walk . Spacious room and a bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Little kitchenette ( and a fridge ) , with a sofa and TV, a table and chairs ideal for breakfast or dinner. Washing machine was working.

A bit loud at the back of the property( must have been a near bar open ) . As for cleanliness , it could do with a bit of TLC and a bin in bathroom has not been emptied after the previous guests. We have got only one towel each - could do with one more towel each for washing hair, for instance.
