Service from the host very friendly and attentive. The unit is very clean n there is extra pillow and mattres.

Please put normal iron in the unit 😄 and the tv is no signal.

Located in pleasant surrounding areas. Unlimited parking spaces available, but very poor lighting inside the underground floors, Safety and security for the apartment building is good and monitored 24/7.

The overall appearance inside the apartment building is beginning to look dated due to lack of continuous maintenance. Facilities inside the apartment is also in similar conditions, undermining its justifications on "value for money". During booking, beware of the additional charges which come at the very end of reservation process. Its cleaning fees, which in our case, was an eye-watering unexpected experience of MYR350 for a 7-day stay!!!
