K. Riverfront apartment

Spacious and access to a washing machine and microwave. Staff were super nice and accommodating. Sam was very kind to waive the security deposit when she found out we are foreigners. Her helpers were super helpful and came all the way to show us how to operate the TV and brought us extra supplies. They also gave us tips on where to get fruits.

A bit far from town. There weren’t much within walking distance. There were small insects all over the kitchen counter. Hallway didn’t smell too good perhaps due to the proximity to the garbage disposal.

Overall, it was a good stay. The location is strategic with easy access, the view is lovely, and the environment is calm with little noise. I also appreciate the host’s fast response throughout the stay.

The sliding door cannot be locked. While I understand there is no grill, at the very least the door should be secured as this poses a safety risk. The mattress, especially on the queen bed in the second bedroom, appears yellow and dirty. It was uncomfortable to use, and we avoided the room completely. The mattress should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. The master bedroom toilet is quite dirty, with visible stains on the wall & bathtub. The sliding door curtain has noticeable brown spots and looks very dirty. The rest of the unit is acceptable. I hope these issues can be addressed soon for a more comfortable and safe stay.

Amazing 2 BHK apartment with all facilities and comfortable. Great location, outstanding view, and great sfatt.

Apartment is a bit old, requires some paint, re-design of bathrooms, chairs for the balcony.
