Had such a great stay here! The host, Sam, was super responsive and helpful — I texted him on WhatsApp about an aircond issue in the living hall, and he got it fixed right away. Really appreciate how quick he was to help! The room was spacious and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. For the price, this place is totally worth it — affordable, clean, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Location and easy access to various locations within ipoh Town.

Apartment looks run down. Wall papers torn. Bathrooms not OKU friendly. Bathroom outdated design with wooden doors instead of aluminimum doors. Doors were a bit dirty.

This time the rate was double which to me was not value for money.

We had to wait close to 30 mins longer for the code (to open the locked mailbox) to be given. The room keys and car park card were placed inside the locked mailbox.
