We had a big family apartment with two bathrooms and lots of space so I was really pleased. It has all amenities that we needed. Location was really good within a walking distance to all the main sights and restaurants. All in all very good stay

I really liked this apartment. I do prefer to meet person/receptionist when checking in but at the end the instructions given via WhatsApp were clear and concise. Maybe a few more hangers would be nice. My other half wished bed to be a bit more softer but I slept very well

They messaged to inform me on arrangement to collect the keys on arrival and kind gesture to waive the deposit. On entering the unit, it was clean, a good feel when we enter, brightly lighted up. And when we had issue trying to switch on the TV, they responded pretty fast. Most items in the unit are working fine. And it has a nice view of the river.

a little far from the lift, as we have elderly in the group, so the distance is consider long for them.
