I’m deeply grateful to Francesco for his kindness and attention. The apartment is very clean, cozy, and perfectly located — close to the central station and just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. It has everything you need to feel at home, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Francesco is a wonderful person — very caring and always ready to help, he made sure several times that I had everything I needed. I sincerely thank him for his hospitality and highly recommend this place with all my heart! 💛

Arredamento appartamento molto modesto e trascurato., bagno da ristrutturare urgentemente.

Location: a beautiful old building in an excellent central location a couple of minutes' walk from the railway station. Host: extremely helpful, friendly, and flexible. He even gave us a lift to the harbour from where we continued our journey.

The room arrangement: weird, with the kitchen in the bedroom; the promised sofabed was placed so that we could not open it for use as a second bed; the one window was in the bathroom at the top end of the flat, and couldn't be opened. The furnishing did not correspond to the photos. Most importantly, the place was damp (in late October) and had an unhealthy moldy smell. Also, the electrics need to be checked: Some sockets didn't work, and some gave a spark when a plug was inserted.

В апартамента мирише на мухъл, защото е на приземен етаж, има прозорец, който умишлено не се отваря, няма аспирация към кухнята, която е с газови котлони. Банята е на по-високо от спалнята и когато излезе вода от коритото на душа, тя се стича към стаята. Няма аспирация и в банята. В предверието и спалнята има по една педя мухъл на пода покрай ъглите. От никъде няма възможност за проветрение! Не го препоръчвам на никой! Цена - качество 0.
