Stylish & Spacious City Center Georgian Townhouse

Location was amazing and the beds were super comfy

There was an instant smell of sewage when we arrived that lingered the whole stay and there were no normal sides drinking glasses

Location was excellent, very central so walking was not a problem. House was quirky and quaint over 4 floors, ample space for 5 of us, beds were cosy and comfortable. We will be back in warmer climes :)

A few minor issues which we did bring to the attention of our host and advised will be rectified going forward. For example we could not turn the hot tap on downstairs in kitchen, it was jammed tight plus we felt the radiators might need bleeding as not giving out as much heat as they should and a few of the bedrooms need more lighting. Having said this it didn't detract from all of us having a wonderful time in the property and in Bath itself

It was the hottest weekend of the year and there weren't enough fans to keep us cool sadly, but without the heatwave I'm sure it would be fine.

This property has an amazing location

There was a damp smell as you enter the property. Kitchen was very dark and claustrophobic.

The house was in a perfect location for exploring the city by foot. We were a group of five ladies so having a double bed each and 3 bathrooms (over 4 floors) between us was also perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. The lounge/drawing room area was nicely decorated (as were all the rooms) and also very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen apart from making a cuppa but believe it had everything you would need to prepare meals. There is a small Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express very close by for provisions. The host checked we had arrived safely and were happy and we very much enjoyed the welcome bottle of Prosecco.

I haven’t really got anything negative to say, other than the house did smell rather musty, the curtains in my bedroom (on the floor above the lounge) were falling off the rail and the floorboards were rather creaky. Nothing to stop me re-visiting or highly recommending.

Proximity to city centre. Very clean with lovely comfy beds
