Stylish & Spacious City Center Georgian Townhouse

The location was excellent and the property was in keeping with the architecture of Bath

It was very warm in the bedrooms . Some areas are quite dark . There was a lot of noise at night and early morning on the street outside

The location was perfect for walking to all the sights, restaurants, pubs and cafes of central Bath. 5 double bedrooms was a great feature for our group. The long stay car park was also very close The kitchen was well equipped

Be prepared for the stairs! It’s over 4 levels. The lounge room furniture was a bit dirty but the bedrooms were clean

Breakfast was not provided, we took our own. There was pretty much everything else you might need in the house. There were plentiful condiments in the kitchen and a bottle of prosecco left by the host was very welcome. The Inn next door was very handy for meals and no noise emanated from there at night. The location was exceptionally convenient with attractions just a short walk away.

Something to hang clothes up on in the bedrooms would be useful. The kitchen is painted a very dark aubergine and a little difficult to see or find things. Although we adhered to the no noisy get togethers in the property some people in Bath were quite noisy on Saturday night passing beneath the bedroom windows, open due to the heat at the end of July.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities you would need,good quality beds and bed linen,the owner’s were very accommodating to our requests and very quick with there responses.having three bathrooms was a god send and all were of a great size and plenty of hot water.I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re a large family or friends group .

Even though it was only about 19 degrees it was extremely hot in the rooms the fans were definitely a help but being able to open the ground floor windows would have helped a lot more

The location and the property is beautiful kudos to the owners

No parking however given the location is very central it was ok

Owners were very easy to deal with and the location was excellent! 5 bedrooms was appreciated and difficult to find in Bath. Ground floor had the lounge and 1 bedroom, 2nd floor had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and 3rd floor had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. in the basement was the kitchen and another bathroom. Very handy having 3 bathrooms and toilets.

I know Bath is not used to heat but it would have been helpful to have fans in all rooms including the lounge. Ground floor bedroom window and lounge window sealed shut so no air flow and it was extremely hot. Basement is also very musty (damp issues probably) but luckily we didnt use the kitchen or dining room much during our stay.
