La Terrazza di Como

Everything went well, hosts are very hospitable, meet us, explained everything around, it's very convenient place, all things what you need is around the corner ) will come back here for sure!!!

This was the first time we felt like we were home, during our 3 weeks of travelling around Italy. The owners were so lovely and helpful. The unit was exceptional, so clean and modern. It was right across the road from the lake and walking distance to everything. My favourite place!

The owner (Idalgo) gave us specific direction to the apartment & met us at the door. He helped us carry our large luggages to the apartment on the 1st floor. This is the best apartment we have stayed, since on the road for almost 8 weeks! It is so spacious, modern, well-equipped to every detail, clean and even have milk, water, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, chocolates & others in the kitchen ready for us! The location is superb. Carrfour supermarket is opposite the road, train station behind the block and the Como lake is just across the road towards the north. Idalgo was so kind to explain everything & this was home, away from our home in Melbourne, for us. Next day, Idalgo’s wife brought us her freshly baked pistachio cake! We tried booking a taxi to Milan Malpensa airport but was scammed & lost our deposit. On learning this, Idalgo kindly offerred to take us to the airport for a much lower fare. We are grateful to Idalgo’s kindness and his great hospitality. We will definitely stay at La Terrazza di Como (Idalgo’s apartment) when we next visit Como.

Near to the lake , big space one room with big living room and kitchen . Sutiable for small families and bathroom big enough with laundry room

Diffecult to find the location and parking with cost should communicate with the owner before arraive

Every thing was super amazing… the staff are so so kind and helpful really i highly recommend it… If you have car … there is private parking The location is near to everything

Location in Old Town area

Not a dislike, just a note. Como is just one of the many beautiful towns along the water. Bellagio, Sirmione, and Varenna are all great towns to stay at, too.

That's an excellent spot to occupy for a stay on Como. I booked this property for my parents weekend stay, the review is written from there words. Idalgo was an excellent host who met my parents at the door and made them feel very desirable guests. It's a rare thing nowadays that you are treated by a host as it was your old friend. Facilities of the apt are more than enough, it's a home, not a rental. Let alone the location, which is literally steps away from station, boat pier and main sights.

Our vacation rental exceeded expectations. Impeccable cleanliness and responsive hosts made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The Sofabed was not comfy, however, I was not expecting more than that!
