"Very well maintained and good holiday stay."

Host was very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and ready. Basic stuff was available and its easy accessible location to major tourist spots.

There was no lift to the apartment. However the host helped to get the luggage to the apartment.

Idalgo was very friendly & helpful. Apartment was spacious and very close to Como center.. Take lunch or dinner at L'Orologio restaurant, just across the street. Besides food being great you'll have a 10% discount if you mention your one of Idalgo's guests.

"Perfect stay for our night in Lake Como"

The check in process was very easy. Idalgo (the host) greeted us and showed us where to park the car. He even helped park the car in the spot. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Idalgo also took the time to give us ideas of what to do for the one day that we would be in town. The location was perfect to walk around the lake and old town. We really enjoyed visiting with both Idalgo and his wife. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lake Como.

Idalgo, the property owner, kept in touch via Whats App and met us at our convenience once we arrived from the train. He took the time to show us around, point out our location on a Map, and explain the amenities. He was warm and welcoming, making us feel like family. There was a bottle of water in the refrigerator, coffee and breakfast foods available. The extra half bathroom made getting ready easy. This unit had everything we needed! Would absolutely stay here again!
