City-Apartments Graz - FRIENDLY RECEPTION & FREE BIKES

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Er hat und alles sehr gut erklärt und das wichtigste über Graz kurz und knapp erzählt. Es gibt Fahrräder die zur freien Verfügung stehen. Die Apartments selber sind sauber und sehr geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich toll. Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage, von hier kommt man zu Fuß gut in die Stadt und zur kostenfreien S-Bahn. Hier bleibt man gerne! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Lage , sehr freundliche Rezeption, Ausstattung top ( alles da was man braucht)

Sehr laut durch Strassenlärm, schlechter Wasserdruck( wenn zb Toilettenspülung läuft kommt in der Dusche kein Wasser!kennt man sonst nur in Italien so ) Balkon eigentlich nicht nutzbar, muss dringend renoviert werden ( da möchte man momentan nicht sitzen)

Was guided very well by the host who even waited up for us to check us in, hand over the keys and spent some time filling us in on what was around and what to do. Great host.

It's not so much about the apartment as it is about the communication with Booking.com - we had specifically communicate (chat) to ask about how many WCs there were in the apartment. The description was not too clear but we were told on chat that there would be two. However, on checking in we found only one WC for two bedrooms which made things rather incovenient. It was late in the day so we didn't take up the matter with Booking.com but it ruined an otherwise great stay.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Für Familien mit Kindern ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This bright, spacious apartment features high ceilings and large windows. It features a separate bedroom with a large bed (it creaks a bit), a comfortable mattress, and nice linens. Blackout shutters are on the windows. There's a small balcony overlooking a small courtyard with a palm tree. The separate kitchen has a good set of utensils for cooking and serving, along with spices, olive oil, tea, and coffee for the coffee maker. This is very convenient for guests! The shower and toilet are separate, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to wash hands through the kitchen. The apartment is located just steps from the Old Town, with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment was ready for us early; the office is next door (we received keys, a city map, detailed instructions, and recommendations). The main advantage for me was the bicycles, which are provided free of charge (reservation required)! They are very comfortable for cycling around bike-friendly Graz.

The apartment is located in an older building with no elevator (we were prepared for this). Don't expect perfect cleanliness or ultra-modern renovations and design, and you won't be disappointed! The advantages definitely outweigh the disadvantages: space, location, and bicycles..

Nagyon jó tippeket kaptunk a szállásadótól, hogy a városban és a környéken mit érdemes megnézni. A mi igényeinknek megfelelően, túrázós prospektusokat kaptunk tőle és volt köztük magyar nyelvű is. Segítőkész, kedves szállásadó.
