"Our short break was perfect due to the cosy Garden Suite and how close it was to Holt ."

A lovely cosy super clean property ,very comfortable bed ,lovely gardens and lots of outdoor furniture and space for us to enjoy. Sandra and Kevin were very informative and we couldnt ask for better hosts .Thankyou for a lovely stay we will definitely be back .

"We loved staying in this well equipped modern building"

It was clean, warm, and had everything we might need for our weekend. A good welcome pack milk etc, hot water and cooking facilities which were amazing. TV and a comfortable settee. The garden was available to us for relaxing with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. We intend to return to this little gem in Holt.

Nothing it was perfect and the owners were on hand if we needed any help

The property was spotless and had all the kitchen appliances necessary for our stay The location was very quiet and convenient for the town. Off road parking was provided. Kev and Sandra were very helpful regarding the area and available to contact if necessary. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely use again and would also recommend.

the suite overall was very clean and comfortable all the things we needed for a 3 night stay. wet room excellent. kitchen excellent. garden was laid out lovely. parking excellent.

nothing it could not have been better a credit to the hosts they should be proud at what they have to offer.

The cottage is very small. A bit more like a generous bedsit. It would be extremely comfortable for one person. With 2 we found the seating to be very limited. Lovely to be able to walk into Holt in 5 minutes. The garden suite was very tastefully decorated, but it was tiny. Parking was at the front of the hosts home and a bit tight for anything bigger than a compact car.,
