"A little gem"

The location was fab. I was made to feel so welcome. It was so well equipped for a small place. Better than other full blown apartments I have stayed in. Although it was small, it felt like there was so much room and was so comfortable. An excellent place to stay. Kevin and Sandra have thought of everything. They are also excellent hosts. Really looked after you and made sure you had everything you need. I would really love to come again.

Sadly the blinds were light so when the sun rose, it was really bright at 04:30 in the morning. But that's the only thing I can say. Because allround it was an outstanding place to stay

Quiet location, just outside Holt. Perfectly placed for all amenities. Owls calling to each other in the night was a delightful bonus! Sitting in the garden at the end of the day was a delight. So relaxing.

"Such a comfortable little gem."

The garden room was comprehensively equipped to make us as comfortable as possible. The bed was extremely comfortable and the wet room and shower luxurious. Without being intrusive, Kevin & Sandra worked to ensure our every need was met regarding comfort both in the room and in the garden.

It was extremely hot when it had been closed up throughout the day, but Sandra provided us with an extra fan.
