Self catering. Hosts on hand to give local knowledge. A pleasant 40 minute casual walk along the canal tow path to Bude , beaches and SW coastal foot path.

The main bedroom was a little small and there was not a lot of room at the side of the bed.

Warm, friendly welcome on arrival. The property was immaculate and the cream tea was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend and would saty agin when visiting this area.

Location is great for a really nice walk along the canal into Bude. Hosts are friendly and an all round great stay and trip.

Helen and Andy were very friendly and gave us some good info about the location. Loved the cream tea. Cottage was beautifully clean. Easy access to the canal towpath into Bude.

The TV could do with an upgrade.

Personally as used to sleeping in a super king, we struggled in the double bed! We’re also used to a large smart TV! That said, neither spoilt our stay and would definitely recommend it snd go again..

There’s absolutely nothing the owners haven’t thought of at Boots Cottage! So many lovely touches - warm, cosy and comfortable. Helen and Andy are amazing hosts and always on hand should you need anything. Great location - a short drive (or a canal side walk if the weather allows!) to Bude and other gems on the north coast. Would 100% recommend and would stay again. Many thanks!

Nothing but I’m glad my car is small as the driveway isn’t the easiest to navigate!

Very clean and tidy. Well presented. Hosts were very friendly. The cream tea, on arrival, was a treat.
