This is a lovely property in a quiet, residential part of Hvar old town & within walking distance to shops, restaurants & the beach. I had the most restful a nights sleep here, most likely due to the amazing view of sea from the bed! Matilda was the most lovely host. I will definitely be back!

Very cute and comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed the patio area as well. Our hostess was great at communicating and friendly. We enjoyed reading her story about growing up in Trogir.

Our stay was too short.

The host, Matilda, was wonderful Allowed us to drop our bags off early to explore Hvar, when we returned our bags were moved inside for us, with the air conditioning turned on. Matilda took the time to explain some of Hvar lifestyle and culture, which included a book she put together with her sister detailing life in Hvar as she grew up. This is a must read when you stay.

Nothing to complain about. Matilda gave me the impression that if there was something to your concern or that you need she would be happy to help. Excellent service.

Everything was really good

View from the loft is something. The unit is small but adequate for a couple. Location is high above the town so climbing and descending long stairs is necessary. Luggage is a test so use a taxi if you have heavy luggage.

The view was great, and the host is friendly and helpful. The apartment would benefit from having a microwave or oven.

The apartment is a little tired and should be updated. The spiral stairs are steep, and the apartment is at the top of the hill, so you have to be fit.

Matilda is a good host..warm and hospitable..her red book will give u all the answers about Hvar..the location is good..if u don't mind the steps..u can walk down to the Promenade in minutes..the Apartment is a good size..with privacy and seating outside too..the view from the bed is awesome

We loved the apartment and had a very comfortable stay. Matilda is a great host. She is very passionate about her culture and gave us many tips/info. Also, it was very interesting to read her notes on the history and customs of people of Hvar . Well done Matilda!
