Decent location, nice balcony.

After we checked out, the hosts of this property accused us of stealing a SIM card from their router, when we are the ones who brought up that we couldn’t get Wi-Fi connection They wanted to deduct RM50-from our deposit saying that we had taken the SIM card. Furthermore, they also tried to collect a bigger deposit than stated here on the terms and conditions. Only after pointing it out to them did they agree to collect the accurate amount. When the hosts asked for feedback, we told them that some doors could not be closed properly, no hot water from the dispenser and no Wi-Fi. Time was wasted to finally get our deposit back after our objections to their threatened deduction and after reminder for refund.

Location is good & is within walking distance to eateries & shops

No channels connected to TV. Sofa & beds are low & not comfortable. Security deposit is supposed to be refunded within 24 hours after check out but we didn’t receive the refund until after 2 days (after a few reminders)
