"Very very disappointed with the booking."

Very disappointed to receive a message that the unit we booked was double booked (according to property management, it was Booking.com 's fault.) and was offered a 3 bedroom unit at an extra cost of RM200 ( the price of our original 2 bedroom unit was less than RM200) . Managed to negotiate for a small discount . But the unit did not have power and was advised to come back in a few hours after TNB attended to it. We had no choice (late afternoon and we were tired -retirees) but to accept another property which is 15 minutes away from city center and half the size of the Octogon unit. Requested for a discount but todate no response. So I can't rate this property since my group did not stay in it.
