Large and clean and excellent location.

Only 1 set of keys and 10 am is early checkout. Only 1 set of towels each.

Location of the apartment was great and it was a clean apartment.

Bed beyond disgusting – lumpy and could feel the springs. We should have left after the first night. One bedroom lamp did not work … we were told to check the globe had been put in properly….no follow up & no spare globes. Shower was good although we had to put the glass doors back on their track. Living area has 4 wooden chairs and a low-to-ground lounge that you sunk into, therefore very hard to get out of. Part of the lounge was broken. No lamps for reading & nothing else to sit on. TV on a 200mm (8 inch) stand… so close to the floor. We have never had to give such a bad review before…over the years people have mentioned the same things & nothing changed… Little did we know that they would make no improvements…I would not recommend this place at all. Very very disappointing.

The location was excellent.

Reception did not work. I had to ask several times for instructions to pick up the keys. In the bathroom, at least the shower cubicle and the toilet seat could be updated. It would have been nice if the instruction booklet had also included instructions for using the washing machine and the gas stove.

Location is great, close to all major attractions in Como

Excellent location and good sized apartment and very clean

Our keys were not in the drop box so we had to call and wait for them to be delivered (only about a 20 minute delay)
