Appartamento Centro Storico

From booking to staying has been an effortless journey. I liked there were clear instructions on how to get the keys to the apartment to avoid any confusion. The apartment was a very generous size but most importantly the location! Waking up to hear the duomo bells was magical, stepping outside and then walking to lake como in under 5 mins,the apartment was perfectly located to everything around! I would definitely be back!

One very small thing I didn’t like was that the beds were not very comfortable :(

The property was beautiful. Very safe and very clean and spacious and exactly as advertised. It is in a fantastic location 5 mins walk from Como Lago Nord train station and the same from the lake. Ferry and Funicular as well as Como San Giovanni station all within walking distance. Lovely bakery round corner as well as supermarket and loads of restaurants. Great facilities with microwave, dishwasher, nespresso machine……like a home from home. Beds including pull down bed are so comfortable as is the sofa for relaxing. Peaceful at night, little noise on Sat night but hey people were out enjoying themselves. Well soundproofed. I would stay here again when in Como and highly recommend it to anyone. Fantastic value for money!!!!!

A very complicated (archaic) system to confirm identity before receiving instructions on how to get the keys and enter the apartment: A lot of personal data was necessary to provide and leave everything in unclear e-system (not only did you have to write down your and other person’s data, ID numbers, address, but you also had to add your photo together with the ID - holding it 🤭). Then why not use the e-signature system if you don't trust the official e-mail?
