die schlüsselübergabe lief perfekt ab, die wohnung war extrem sauber, schön, wunderbar hell und modern eingerichtet. Auf der terrasse mit kleinem Garten war man sofort mitten im Grünen. Das zentrum von Graz war in guten 10 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Great check in experience, although we were late, the owner waited for us to give us the key and show us arround. Great little apparment, well equipped and furnished, easy access to garage and a great location, only couple minutes away from the Schlossberg.

Квартира чиста, не дуже велика, але було все необхідне. Сходинки дітям сподобались ) Паркінг хоча і був в іншій будівлі, але головне що він був . На кухні була кава, пральний порошок. Близько до центру.

Wi fi майже не було.

Neudobni jastuci, malo paučine po stropovima

Very nice apartment, peaceful and quiet, facing the courtyard. We stayed for four nights and had everything we needed. During our stay, the temperatures were below zero, but the heating in the apartment was fantastic. It's a fifteen-minute easy walk to the center, and public transportation is in front of the building. The garage parking space in the building across from the accommodation is also great. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Graz

Even though not many people pass by (it's a gated residential complex), it would be a good idea to protect the terrace from the view of people entering and exiting the building.

Great location, nice surrounding, parking garage 50m from the building. Interesting app structure, enough place for 4 adults.

It was a pleasure staying there, the rooms were pretty clean and it had everything you need.

The perking lot is kinda far away so if you have a lot of bags it’s not very comfortable.
