Cosy Splendor / City Center

The apartmant is great. It is cosy, bright and clean, it has a good location with a short 10min walk to city center. A private park is very nice and the view from the window.

Pillows. And my daughter didnt like the fact that the bedroom does not have a tv, so she could watch cartoons only in in the kitchen.

Apartment was very clean, in quiet, green place, next to the tram stop, the center is just a few stops away. The clothes dryer was a plus.

It wasn't really a minus, but it should be mentioned that the garage - parking place - was not in the same building where the apartment was, so it was just not very convenient with two children and all the things.

It is in fact cosy apartment - looks great (better than what you can see in the pictures), clean, with really nice check-in. Parking spot is free, in very short distance. Near the city center and the river. Nice looking housing estate and surroundings. Coffee was nice addition.

Great cozy apartment with everything you need. It's 450m from the city center, a pleasant walk and you are there!

It was a comfortable apartment, the bedroom and the bathroom are at upatairs but the toilet is on downstairs. If one goes to the toilet often during the night it might not be the best arrangement. But it was okay with me. The hostess was too rushing to explaine the things. Maybe she had some urgent errands to do. Otherwise very nice quiet area! Supermarket is very near and very nice coffee shop is right next to the building.

Location of the appt. is close to City center, tram and Spar. Parking is 50m indoor. It was a great time to spend in Graz.

It is the perfect apartment for your stay in Graz. Newish, modern at a silent location in a modern apartment complex at just the edge of very central downtown. Clever layout with sliding doors both on living and bedroom. Superb terrace with a sight of the castle hill. Parking in the next house that is absolutely essential if you arrive by car. Close to city center, close to supermarket Spar. Well equipped (including baby chair), windows facing to a closed court (separated from street noise), nice little terrace on ground floor all surrounded with plants. Owner was kind.

Overall, we were satisfied - just once early in the morning there was a big noise and shout on the court, which woke me up (garbage collectors?). There was one thing, that our children loved and we were a little affraid of: the stairs. The two rooms are on 2 floors connected with stairs - our children were climbing up and down having a lot of fun and we were getting crazy about it:-) The third little inconvenient was the underground parking which is few hundred meters away from the appartment. But the owner had sent a guy who showed us the parking place, helped with luggage etc.
