Cosy Splendor / City Center

Wonderful apartment in a very handy location in Graz, just 15 minutes walk along the river from the very centre. It was perfect for a couple for 3 nights. The views from the bedroom are particularly excellent. The bathroom shower was huge and one of the best I've ever experienced in any hotel or apartment. Lovely little sun terrace outside with table, chairs and umbrella. Well-appointed kitchen with coffee machine and pods provided. We also used the washing machine and detergent provided, it was clean, modern and easy to use with a good drying rack provided. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We travelled around Central Europe for 2 weeks and this was my favourite place that we stayed. Easy check-in as well. Communication was great and Andrej's son met us outside the apartment building right on time.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the bathroom is large enough to have a toilet, but instead the toilet is separate and downstairs. This was mildly annoying for us, but it could be an issue for older people or those with small children. Also, the living room is quite small and the angle of the sofa doesn't work very well with the position of the TV...not that you will be spending much time indoors watching TV. There is a clear glass door separating the hallway and living room/kitchen which could do with some more safety stickers or frosting, as it would be easy to walk into when closed. All minor points, I would happily stay here again and was sad when we had to leave.

Very modern, very clean, helpful host, safe parking nearby, big smart TV, well equiped kitchen and a nice terrace. Overall, a great palce to stay.

The location and the view to the forest was excellent. The apartment was fully equipped.

Great location, just few minutes from the city center, easy to reach by foot, quit and comfortable environment, nice backyard in residential block of houses. Mr.Andrej was there exactly on time, kind communication with recommendation where to eat and where to go…garage parking space near APT. Tram station around the corner but we didn’t need it👍

Andrej was extremely friendly and responsive host. Communication was prompt and easy. We've requested a cot for our little one that was set for us upon arrival (even though it was a last minute booking) - which was a great help for us. The flat was well equipped, cosy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was quite spacious - perfect for families with little kids. Best of all was the free parking spot just across the street. In addition just around the corner there was a relatively big supermarket. Overall we had a great experience. Спасибо за всё, Андрей. Счастливо оставаться!

Very cozy apartment in a nice building. Free parking included 100m away (underground parking in the next building). Walking distance from the city center (15 min), but also tram stop right out of the door.

Wc and shower not only are separated but one is downstairs and the other is upstairs. The upstairs shower room is massive, so a toilet would be a nice addition :-)

Great value for money. Perfect location. Literally nothing to complain about :)

Great location just 10 minutes walk from city center. There is free parking in the garage just in the building across the street. Everything is very clean, new furniture, and little garden.
