Wirklich sehr heimelige und gemütliche Wohnung - genug Platz für 2-3 Personen. Alles tiptop sauber! Nespressomaschine vorhanden für den ersten Kaffeedurst - auch sonst in der Küche alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Tolle Lage um Graz fußläufig zu erkunden! Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns sogar das Schlafsofa bei einer Belegung zu zweit zurecht gemacht haben (Danke nochmal).. Alles in Allem - wunderbar!!

Ein bisschen Verkehrslärm, wenn man gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft - aber das nimmt man in Kauf, wenn man zentral unterkommen möchte😊

Nahe an Bahnhof,Einkaufen in der Nähe und sonst alles gut zum Erreichen.Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Wohnung heiß,war aber kein Wunder ,liegt unter dem Dach und 34 Grad Außentemperatur,aber es gab zwei mobile Ventilatoren

Jaukus, švarus, erdvus butas. Keliavome su šeima, yra viskas ko gali prireikti. Iki senamiesčio ėjome peščiomis, gera lokacija.

Užlipant į butą galima sutikti... įdomių kaimynų.. juos praėjus - viskas puiku!

"In this price in Graz it is worth to book this place"

Price and size of apartment was very good. It was good that even if this is old building from outside elewator is available. It was cheaper around half price of other apartments in Graz

It was super hot in apartment in Summer. And if you open windows to get fresh air - you will hear everything from the road :/
