Gemütliches Apartment in zentraler Lage

Wonderful, clean apartment really close to the train station. We stayed a few nights and it had everything we needed. The building and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, so you can have a good night's rest before or after exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped. The heating worked perfectly. We did not meet the hosts personally, but they left a binder with tips on what to see, where to go and which restaurant to eat in Graz and it was very useful.

Everything is perfect and cleanliness also appreciated. But heating method of bed room is not ideal

The apartment is exceptionally well maintained and convenient. All the facilities are new and functional. Also very close to the central station, which is convenient.

No free parking nearby

Nice and cosy apartment on a good location. Fully equipped with everything you might need.

The flat is located not far from the main railway station and suitable for the overnight sleeping. The flat has the washing mashine.

The flat is in the very poor keeping building with noisy neibours and very old elevator, which hardly lifts even one person with the bag. Everything inside are very used. The disposition with WC entrance in the hall and shower entrance in the bedroom is quite unconvinient. Also the boiler located inside the WC space are not a safe decision. The code for the keybox was not provided, it was neccessary to call the owner which takes us significant time....Also I reccomend to take photos of all the equipment , especially the fridge, on the first day of stay, as the owner is intended to claim old damage as a new one....
