Die top Lage

War nicht sauber, war sehr abgewohnt, in der Dusche waren Haare von den Vorgängern, und unter dem Matratzentopper war ein großer gelber Urinfleck. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

"Heerlijk verblijf in centrum van Graz."

Fijne locatie in het midden van het centrum en toch super stil.

De beide zeepflacons waren op. Tip: bij de instructies om appartement te bereiken aangeven hoe je op de derde komt. Er waren twee opties om op de derde te komen.

U ovom apartmanu je sve bilo odlicno. Lokacija je fantasticna, u samom centru grada. Kuhinja sadrzi sve sto je potrebno, cistoca na visokom nivou, kreveti veoma udobni

"Příště raději jinam :-/"

Poloha v centru města, na pěší zóně. Byt byl příjemně velký, kdyby vše fungovalo jak má, bylo by to skvělé ubytování.

V bytě nefungovalo topení, ohřev teplé vody, myčka nádobí, na záchodě nesvítilo světlo, nebyla uklizená terasa. Ohřev vody asi funguje jen na noční proud, takže bylo potřeba s teplou vodou celý den šetřit a první večer teplá voda nebyla vůbec. Topení po stížnostech zprovoznili až třetí den. Nefungující myčku nádobí a nesvítící světlo na záchodě během pobytu neopravili. Na 6 dní pro 4 lidi bylo příliš málo toaletního papíru. Nádoba na mýdlo na umyvadla bylo prázdná hned od začátku. Za pobyt se platí záloha. Za posledních deset let jsem přes Booking rezervoval přes 30 ubytování a tohle bylo zdaleka největší zklamání. Škoda. Byt a okolí je jinak hezké.

"Schöne Wohnung mit leichten Abstrichen"

Die Lage ist wirklich top, die Wohnung sehr groß, Küche gemütlich, Bad angenehm und neu.

In der Spülmaschine befand sich eine Mischung aus sauberem und benutztem Geschirr. Tabs oder Spülmittel nirgends zu finden. Als wir dies den Vermietern mitteilten, kam sofort eine (KI-generierte??) Antwort, wie sehr sie das bedauern und es käme baldmöglichst jemand, um es zu beheben. Dies insgesamt zweimal. Leere Versprechungen! In den vier Tagen tat sich nichts! Nicht ganz appetitlich auch die benutzte Wäsche der Vormieter in der Kammer (in der wir nach Spülertabs gesucht haben...)
