Lage ist sehr gut

Wasserhahn im Bad defekt, d.h. kein Wasser beim Waschbecken (schnelle Antwort vom Gastgeber, aber ohne folgende Handlung), nur 1 großes Handtuch pro Gast (kein kleines Handtuch, kein Geschirrhandtuch)

Perfekte Lage im Herzen der wunderschönen Stadt Graz. Pres Leistung war unschlagbar und wir würden jederzeitig wieder die Unterkunft buchen. Check-in war auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt super einfach.

"Lovely stay in Graz"

The location of the apartment was perfect. Centrally located on Sporgasse just a short walk uphill from the tramstops in the main square & there were plenty of shops, bars & restaurants all around. It was a large apartment with everything we needed.

The WiFi password wasn't on display anywhere for us to log in when we got there so I had to chase this up. The only other thing was the shower gel was almost empty. I didn't want to try to swap it with the one on the sink in case I damaged it, there is a €250 holding deposit for damage policy. I'd not noticed this policy when I booked but this was an oversight on my part. Otherwise it is a lovely apartment.
