Seit einem Monat warte ich auf die Rechnung, damit ich von meinem Arbeitsgeber zurückerstattet werden kann

La ubicación era perfecta, en el centro de Graz. El apartamento tiene una habitación, con una cama grande y una individual. En el salón hay un sofá cama que es para dos personas. La cocina equipada, limpio y luminoso.

Für die sieben Tage ist ein Müllbeutel zu wenig.;) Ein Geschirrhandtuch wäre gut. Fürs Kochen ist eine Ausstattung mit Salz und Pfeffer etwas spärlich.

The Wi-Fi that was supposed to be available, as indicated through the system, could not be found in the room I was assigned. Despite repeatedly contacting the management about the issue, no proper action was taken. As a result, I was unable to use the internet at all during my stay. I even had to cancel an important work meeting because of this. Although the management promised compensation, I have yet to receive any follow-up. I felt extremely uncomfortable, as I was treated in a way that felt almost like a scam. I would absolutely not recommend staying at this apartment.

The location was a good thing, but not worth it for such terrible conditions of the flat.

It was disgustingly dirty, the bathroom was simply filthy, and the toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleans for a few years. There was a leaking pipe in the sink, which was „fixed” with a grey tape, the shower head was attached to the top with a wire - and even that was already broken when we arrived. The floors were full of dirt, in some places (like the bathroom) the dust was 1 cm thick, lots of spiders webs too. There was a bag full of garbage at the entrance door when we first arrived and nobody collected it the entire time of our stay. There was no iron, and when we opened the storage room to take out the ironing board, it turned out the whole room was filled with dirty duvets and pillows, really tons of it - we couldn’t even see the ironing board underneath the pile of dirty laundry. None of us received pillow cases (!), there were only duvet cases provided. The team, which we contacted multiple times via phone calls, e-mails, Booking and WhatsApp messages, kept writing they contacted the cleaning lady and that she will come to fix it. Nobody came for the whole duration of the stay, which was over a week. The oven and it’s accessories were covered in old oil stains, greasy and unusable, so was the electric kettle.
