"Good location, dirty apartment. Not recommended."

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The apartment was pretty dirty. When we opened the closet, we were shocked to find dirty laundry from previous guests. It was extremely unpleasant, and it made us question the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Our reservation was made for 2 adults + 1 child (5 years old). We found only 1 double bed, furnished with 2 duvets, 2 pillows and sheets. I kindly asked the host to offer us one more pillow and a thick duvet for our child. After talking to the host, he still didn't provide anything. The balcony is dirty, there are cigarette butts on the floor and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. I prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to let future guests know what they might experience.

The apartment is very well located and very comfortable and all. And all well equipped, with all the facilities well equipped and comfortable. It was very quiet for those looking for. A quiet stay. Is this the best place? An apartment? Very large, very comfortable. 5 stars.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Size relative to a hotel room and kitchen was nice.

Sink drain in bathroom was rusted through and drained on the floor. I reported this and in the 7 days I was there, no one repaired it.

Location

3rd floor walk up, difficult to carry luggage and other, I’ve a kneeproplem, was difficult to climb up, called owner/booking.com for change to lower floor, couldn’t do it No room fans in 30++ degrees hot weather Not enough paper towels for kitchen No frying pans No washcloth Cigarette smell 3rd floor , man smoking on small Balkone

"Nice, good location, clean, noisy with windows open and too hot without fan and windows closed."

Unfortunately there was no fan in the bedroom or the main room and it was very hot! We needed to close the windows at night due to the noise. I did send an email asking for a fan but there was no reply - but I admit I should have phoned! Lightbulb missing in the large lamp in lounge.
