Great location. Quiet. Had most amenities that you'd need.

Wifi dropped out on and off. Messaged the property manager but no response. Just had to wait for it to return.

I loved the location and the host's availability too (I had a problem with the shower during a public holiday and I got it fixed on the same day).

I suggest the host introduces the service of holding the guests' luggage for a couple of hours after check out since it could be convenient for those who leave from Graz in the afternoon.

Accommodation in a central location, on a pedestrian street, nevertheless you could relax.

Problem 1. Getting in was a nightmare. We arrived at 18:30 friday evening with packages and family. The key safe code did not open the safe. The numbering of the apartment was not clear (our was "Top 2"), so we first tried several other doors to see if it would work. Finally I tried to call the given number, where an answering machine of a Call center answered that they are not available at the moment, but they will call me back as soon as they can. I thought since it was Friday night, it would be on Monday. We just wanted to leave to look for another place to stay when someone called me back, but the sound quality was so bad that we could hardly communicate (I speak english and german too), and finally it turned out that the keysafe code given was wrong. After getting the correct code, we finally got in. Problem 2. We booked for 4 people, but there are only 3 beds in a shared bedroom. The living room has two sofas in the middle of the room, the back of which can be folded down. The folded backrest slopes either downwards or upwards, depending on the setting. It cannot be called comfortable in any way. Thus, the apartment can be comfortably recommended for 3 people, but they will also sleep in one room.

First apartment, no.5, was with used towels, used bed linen, very dirty. I called the to make a complain and will move to apartment no.4. This we found a bad without bed linen, very dirty. The pictures on the booking led us to take the accommodation believing that they correspond to reality, but it is not even close to what you see in the pictures, We payed 143 €.

Very nice, spacey apartment right in the heart of the old town.

I stayed in apartment top 6. It’s on the 3rd floor. Really nice place and bigger than it appears on booking.com. Nice layout and comfortable. Host was very responsive to all my questions. Location is about as perfect as it gets in Graz. Located on a famous street with many shops and restaurants and it’s 2 minute walk to the trams at the main square. WiFi was working and fast. I would definitely recommend.

Would have been helpful to have exact directions on location and which staircase to use the first time I entered. But it was pretty easy to figure out. There is an Indian restaurant right next to the place you enter. There is no door number outside so this is probably the best way to know you’re in the right place. For the unit I stayed in, go up the first flight of stairs and then take to stairs to the left all the way to the top floor (not the ones at the end of the hall)
