Zum Grazer Uhrturm

Best possible location in Graz old town in Sporgasse where you can find traditional cafes and fresh bakeries, shops of all kind. Easy access to/from railway stations, close to main attractions in a calm street. The apartment was clean and spacious.

My main search preference was 2 bathrooms in an apartment but unfortunately this apartment came with one and it was listed with 2. Wifi connection is considered to be a basic service but it did not work, also the TV channels were not available. These problems were reported immediately via email and message (not by phone since we arrived in the night) but the owner/host did not give relevant response within 4-5 days that is not a help when you satyed 2 nights...

Location is fab

We had no hot water for the entirety of our trip and after the first evening the company never got back in touch with us to come and fix it as promised.

Central location. Very comfortable bed. Clean bedding.

Shower tray height. Too high to get in and out. Shower head does not stay up on riser pole.

The best with this apartment is it central position in the heart of old town. Every hotel or similar seem to be on the expensive side in Graz and this has a good location regardless if traveling for business or vacation. It has a kitchen, washmaskin, dishwasher so it is good also for a longer stay. A bit difficult to find but you will find it just close to a small Indian restaurant.

A bit difficult to enter and get the keys. The ower expected you to read their mail while traveling, i.e a very late message just 1-2 hours before you are at the address. Too much to call it a paradise - it is a good aparment in an about 100 yr old house. It is not suitable for those with mobility problems, no elevator

The apartment was fresh also in super hot summer days! The host forgot to add the high chair, but once I told them they did bring it in immediately.

Two floors of stairs (no elevator). Communication for entering the apartment was late, I eventually had to phone them.

Location was excellent. Spacious apartment. Nice kitchen.

Would prefer actual beds to conversion couches.

Comfortable and well equipped

They forgot to leave us a dish towel, but as we were a last minute booking it was understandable
