Good location and made available kitchen tools and amenities, such as fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, etc.

The access to the flat is made through a dirty/shady maze of corridors and stairs. The flat itself has paint falling from the ceiling, rusty radiator pipes, dirty toilets and kitchen utensils, stained wood floors and walls, and a terribly uncomfortable bed that robbed me of all sleep. The staff are not helpful/responsive at all. I gave 5 days notice that I wanted to cancel the booking and they took ages to get back to me (after a lot of chasing). Considering the aforementioned cleanliness aspects I find it dismaying that halfway through my visit the staff asked me if I wanted to pay for the flat to be cleaned again. Seriously?

Pay attention before booking this property as you may be frauded as I did. Who is managing this property is publishing initially a fair price and they change the price after you book it. How they do it, is the following: They send a fake notification by dropping the booking with the excuse that the credit card didn't work. People generally apply the card details again and in the meanwhile they change the price (by including a cleaning fee of 90 euros that was not available from the beginning). After they get paid with the new price, they write back confirming that the card details are correct and the error is a false positive. I got frauded and I am reporting it to booking.com. Checking in the meantime how to address it with my lawyer.
