"Neblogas patogioje vietoje"

Butas geroje vietoje, iki termo vonių, vyno rūsių galima pėsčiomis. Kavos aparatas. Daug rankšluosčių, patogios lovos. Vaizdas pro langą. Sklandus ir greitas bendravimas su šeimininku. Švara, tvarka. Pastate maisto prekių parduotuvė.

Deja, vaizdas iš virtuvės lango tiesiai į laiptinės laiptus, negali atitraukti roletų. Nėra kur džiauti, pvz, rankšluosčių, maudymosi kostiumėlių - bute nėra radiatorių, o mes buvome, kai laikėsi lauke šaltis, lietus, drėgmė. Bute balkono nėra. Balkonas yra laiptinės, bendro naudojimo, su vyno taure nepasėdėsi...Terasos taip pat nematėm.
