Excellent location, free parking available (along the street or in the courtyard), and a grocery store conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. The apartment was clean, although there were some ants in the kitchen (a common issue in apartment blocks). The automatic coffee machine was definitely a plus. The owner was communicative and helpful.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (no elevator), and the staircase looks rather uninviting. The toilet feels very cramped, and the kitchen is also small (two people inside already feels crowded). One air conditioner is not enough for such a large apartment, and opening the window is not really an option due to the busy street below.

The only one thing that I would recommend is that for someone that don’t speak Hungarian like my family ;) . It would be nice to have smart tv’s with access to Netflix

Központi elhelyezkedés, tisztaság, jo felszereltség. Parkolás az utcán ingyenes.

Wc és fürdő nem szellőztethető, a ventilator nem működik. Az udvari parkolás gyakorlatilag helyhiány miatt nem elérhető, mi az utcán nem fizetős zonában könnyen kaptunk helyet. A 2x2 sávos főútra néző szobákba csukott ablaknál is szűrődik be zaj, ez zavaró lehet, aki érzékeny rá.

Very nice and clean apartment. The owner was on disposal till late in the evening when we could not manage with something (ex.hot water)in the flat Highly recommend it.
