We specifically wanted to use the washing machine which was great. It would be better if there was a portable drying rack or similar as well. Unfortunately despite using WhatsApp as we have at other properties we had no response to our request for assistance and as a result ran out of toilet paper.

Great location. Very clean apartment had everything we needed.

The apartment DEFINITELY needs a new bed! It is very uncomfortable and squeaky. Both my husband and I struggled getting to sleep and would wake up with sore backs.

We arrived there at 20:00 hrs expecting to be met as agreed ,but this didn’t happen and we had no means of getting in to the apartment ,which was extremely stressful after travelling for some 12 hours. We tried to contact the owner and even emailed through booking.com but got no response .Fortunately we managed to get assistance from a neighbour who helped us locate the keys and enter the apartment. Had she not been there we might have been out all night. We stayed at the apartment for 10 days expecting it to be cleaned at least once but this didn’t happen nor were we provided with clean bed linen or towels .The only contact we had from the owner was a text after some eight days asking for us to photograph our passports, because of our treatment we declined to do so and we heard no more about the matter.

The host forgot about us coming, could not really talk on the phone, so it took us almost 3 hours to figure out the check in, and then the parking situation. The parking is an absolute scam. It’s in a nice guy’s garage who you have to call and let know in advanced that you need to use your car. He was nice but the whole situation was super uncomfortable for 100 euros. No recipes of course. Also you don’t have a permit with this type of parking so you could be fined by the police, because only locals are allowed in the area. We were lucky we didn’t get a fine but it was close while waiting for the host to react. When we finally entered the apartment we found small signs that the host didn’t expect us. Small garbage, the lamps were not plugged back in after the last guest left. I went for a quick shower to realise that the towels, they were nicely folded, are wet. Then I realised that they are also dirty. This is a first. I used to travel budget but never had towel issues. So we started our stay, after avoiding the police for 3 hours in the heat while waiting for parking, with washing with our own wash powder because the host did not provide any. The place is nice looking but not super comfortable. Also the street is very loud. There is a hotel next door that drops of stuff early and late. You can’t leave the window open and even with closed window you can hear everything since the walls are super thin. I might be overly critical but for me this was a lavish stay money wise and I got nothing for my money.

Check-in instructions were not clear. On the website it said check-in is in person and must be organised with the host. I proceeded with calling the host multiple times and I had no answer, moment when I got worried. 20 minutes before check-in we received and automatic message from the host explaining how we should check in. The message was unclear but we managed to get our key from box B. Only to get upstairs and realise the key wasn't fitting in the lock, but in fact the key was for the flat next door which wasn't facing the lake and was for 5 people . I called the host 5 times after and no answer... Moment when we decided to go downstairs and try our luck with Box A, hoping it might have the same code as our box B. The code wasn't the same but we tried using a different combination and it so happened that we got the right key. We took the key upstairs and it happend to work. So we managed to get in our flat by pure luck and with no help from the host... In fact when the visitors arrived for the flat next door and they were not able to arrive in the flat, the host finally called us. We went and helped the people next door to get into our flat. So the host didn't contact us whatsoever until the people next door had an issue. In fact if we didn't manage to get into the flat ourselves by luck we would have ended up sitting outside for hours.
