Lift was on 3rd Floor with very steep stairs. Was not indicated when booking. False advertising. Waited 2 months for refund as agreed but as of today no refund and my texts, emails n mobile calls was not responded at all. Should be affiliated with Booking.com

I liked location, view, size of apartment, facilities.

Small elevator, too much stairs when you traveling with small child

it’s clean and conveniently located in the centre. the best of course is the views! what more do you want than looking at the balcony with coffee ☕️ or having dinner at the kitchen table, with magnificent view of lake como in front of you? you can see the world goes by down there, people sitting at the benches or walking along the promenade. it has everything you need. the kitchen is clean and modern-if you cook or intend to cook, it is adequate. the bathroom is clean.

Spacious apartment in great location. Easy access to ferry system and Como Lago train station. The bed was very comfortable. The view was good. Nice, quiet area.
