Ease of access, location and beautiful view of Lake Como

Could have had a better equipped kitchen with things like kitchen towels or paper towels. No pot holders either. Very minor in comparison to the nice modern kitchen and the tastefully decorated living areas.

Loved the location. Loved the view over the lake. Loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the morning seeing the boats come and go, and with a glass of wine in the sunset. Convenient to collect the keys in the key lock. Great communication with the host. Appreciated the possibility to check in earlier and that there where some coffee and tea available on arrival.

The bed was squeaking - but OK to sleep in. The bed sofa in the living room was OK, but not the best comfort. It was not possible to airplay/cast to the TV as it was somewhat older, so limited number of channels available for non-italian-speakers. But apart from that, this is a great apartment.

Perfect location.

We had to carry the luggage for some 800 m, because the host told us no cars are permitted there. In fact, the street was not closed.

Property is in a perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the square and lakefront. Spotlessly clean. Perfect views from every window. Will definitely be staying here again.

Apartment was lovely with a beautiful view. Host was nice and responded quickly and helpful.

Unfortunately sofa bed had broken bar and springs under bed which made it very uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on.
