Nice location and the view

I didn’t like the fact that I waited long time to get the keys luckily I was in the car

Location is super good. Apartment is cool and communication with host was easy. Good value money for a solo traveler or a couple.

Some furniture has seen better days for example 2 out of 4 chairs were broken. Apartment is beautiful but needs an update.

I had an amazing stay in Rayan appartement ! The apartment was fantastic clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The location couldn’t be better; I just had to step outside, and everything was within walking distance. A huge thank you to the host for being so welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic ! it's 10 minutes from the train station by walk. The house keeper lady is very friendly and respectful. I enjoyed my stay with my partner ..would come back again !

During the late night , it is bit noisy because of the cars if you are a person how adores the calm.

Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Washing and drying was easy to use. Location was good though a bit noisey as no double glazing.

The facilities to cook and eat were poor. Only 1 fork, old and dented frying pan, no egg flip.

Nice apartment well situated in the new area with many little restaurants. A bit farther away from the old Medina but close to the railway station (which we needed). Also very suitable for a longer stay. A nice balcony where you can sit in the evening. Very good price quality!

We did like the location, it's not in the Medina but not far away either. There is a shopping mall close by and we could get groceries in a supermarket which was so nice. The bed was the most comfortable one from all our trip to Morocco. The apartment is spacious and has good internet, there are also enough equipment in the kitchen for cooking, totally recommend it.

It's next to a big boulevard and the noise is quite loud almost all the time you can hear it inside as well, we got used with it and it was not such a big problem.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio. The space is very nice and very clean, making it a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect. . A special thanks to Lady Asmae for her prompt communication.. Highly recommend!
