Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, really nice. There are no other apartments on the floor, just some business that closed in the afternoon, so no neighbors and it is peace quiet. Axcelent communication with the hoast.

Apartment being on the main boulevard, it tends to be a bit noisy at night from the traffic, but it is not too bad.

The apartment is really cozy, comfortable, clean, beautiful, fully renovated, well equipped. It is located close to the train station (15min walking).

The place is 45 min walking from the Medina (historic city centre), according to Google maps 3,4km and not 1,1km as described. The address that was given in Booking is wrong. We had to call the man who is arranging the reservations more times to understand where the apartment is. The woman who came to give us the keys was completely rude and didn’t speak any English or Spanish. She just gave us the keys and disappeared, even though we had questions to ask her. If you are travelling by train from Fez and you need some place near, book it. If you are more interested being next to the Medina, avoid it.

This is an amazing 1 bed apartment in fez. It is cozy, comfortable and beautiful. The host was very good and gave us all instructions during check in. Although this is a bit far away from fez medina(an 8-9min cab ride away), I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to fez. The location around the stay is beautiful.

Easy to find, a location with easy access to the apartment. The host was very responsive, available and willing to adjust and help. The apartment is quite modern while keeping its local identity, well designed, and with a nice terrasse.

The door of the building is always open with no lights in the hallways, which can make you uncomfortable to come home when it's getting dark. After a rainy day, the sewage system was smelling. There is also a smell from the gas tank under the sink. The apartment needs more care to bring it to its full potential.

Everything fine. Perfect location with all that you need nearby, the apartment is fully equiped and confortable.. very usefull the kitchen.. highly reccomended, not easy to find with this value quality-price in Morocco.. Asmae, the host is very kind and professional..
