the wash room needs renovation. would prefer the bed sheets and pillows be starched and white in colour. also there should be the bed sheet cover in order that we sleep both top and bottom in clean sheets

location and overall cosy feeling, beds were comfy too, the cuckoo water dispenser was a bonus

Facilities not in tip top condition, master bedroom aircon not working well, cld not be fixed although owner tried, the bathroom door was spoiled and off its hinges, one chair was spoiled so the unit only has 5 chairs, the water pressure in common bathroom was not consistent so water spurts on and off.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped Kitchen. Safe and easy access to car park and located in the centre of Ipoh town.

There were some maintenance issues which ought to have been addressed before we moved in. The folding bathroom door for the master bedroom had gone off its hinge and couldn't be closed. The shower handle was also faulty and we found it difficult to adjust the heat. Cupboard doors under the sink in the other bathroom were also loose. Although there was a remote control for Astro, we couldn't figure out how to use it and there were no witten instructions.

Need microwave and more plates n cups

The house is clean and well designed. Very comfortable.

Location was good, very close to restaurant and shops.
