"Overall a nice stay."

Prime location, within walking distance of major attractions in Ipoh. Amazing city and mountain view from the balcony. The cuckoo water system is superb!

Hair shampoo is not provided, air conditioning in the living room does not cool the area enough, and the ventilation in the dining area can be improved, but it doesn't affect the overall stay experience.

"Accommodation was disappointing"

We had to wait to check out as we needed to get back our deposit, expected someone to be around but no one was at the kiosk which was supposed to be open at 9am. We had to wait till 9 40 am for someone to turn up tbus delaying our departure to our next destination. Configuration of bed was terrible as we had to climb over each other to get out in the master and 2nd bedroom. Very difficult when having to go to toilet at night

"Strategic Location"

Fantastic location. For check-in, Mr Pot gave us clear instructions and followed us through till we entered the lift.

The toilet door of the master bedroom needs URGENT ATTENTION to avoid untoward incidents.

Comfort bed to sleep , clean room and living room, clean toilet as well.

one room aircond not cold enough but it is not a big deal for us.
