H2H - Reunion House @ Majestic Ipoh 家好月圆

Location is great. Walking distance to food places and shops selling local snacks. Check-in and checkout is convenient as it is done at the minimart at ground level. Clear instructions were provided by the host beforehand. The water dispenser is convenient as it provides hot and cold water. Smart TV. If you are lazy to walk 5 minutes to the food places, there are cafes downstairs and coffee shops opposite.

Property needs to be maintained. - Balcony door could not be opened properly and required some force to open it. - Pillows and bedsheets did not smell fresh. - Water flow at common toilet sink was very slow. - We were unable to use the kitchen sink to wash things because it is attached to the water dispenser, and that perhaps explained why the water flow in the common bath did not flow well, if guest simply use that sink to wash their dishes. - Aircon socket switch button in one of the bedrooms were detached and it was just left as that. - Was asked to place a deposit of 100 Ringgit when checking in and only refund upon checkout.
