Convenience shop mart downstairs and a few eatery places just right at the building. Friendly agent Elly to help with the keys when we are late on the 1st day. Giving us directions on how to get the keys. Walking distance to the weekend market is very good and happening

It is an old building and unit not very nice furnished. Sofa torn abit, toilets quite old. Troublesome with door keys. Bed wasn't great for sleep.

Great location, clean apartment, friendly customer service, excellent facilities (cool airconds, water dispenser, fridge, washing machine) and reasonable room rates.

Unable to use rooms wardrobe as they are filled with extra pillows and folded mattresses.
