Хороше розташування, ремонт як на фото. По телефону пояснили як взяти ключі, дійти куди потрібно, було де припаркувати автомобіль.

В приміщенні була підвищена волога, легкий запах сирості, вхід до апартаментів це окремий квест, підʼїзд в жахливому стані.

Близько від ЖД вокзалу. Все було з описаних зручностей. Власник швидко відповідав на запити.
