Все необходимое было в квартире, хорошее расположение. Найти апартаменты не было никакой сложности, на связи всегда приятнейший менеджер, который все подскажет и объяснит. Удобно, что есть парковка, на которой не надо тесниться и искать места. Рядом авто и жд вокзалы, метро, кафе, магазины

Comfortable and in good location.

Their payment system. I paid in full more than a month in advance. A few hours before arrival, after contacting about entry arrangements, I was asked for proof of payment as Kyiv Loft had no record that I had paid. Very stressful and no apology received after producing the bank transfer receipt.

Near rail station and with easy access to city centre. Remarkably comfortable bed and great shower.

Payment was VERY shady. You book on booking and then they message you a bank account number to transfer money to, or they will cancel your booking... eeh - what? And if you don't have a UA bank (like most int'l visitors) - you are forced to use their special link to pay with card (for which you also pay an extra payment processing whatever fee) or your booking gets cancelled. Quite absurd really.
