Incredible property!! Felt like home. I can't give a higher recommendation. The hosts were gracious and responsive, proactively asking if there was anything we needed. Location is perfect! Steps away from Larcomar, many famous parks, and many food options. The view was incredible! You can see the ocean from nearly everywhere in the 14th floor unit. 24-hour door service made the property feel secure. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and gave access to everything we needed. Private parking spot. We didn't drive while we were there, we took ubers or busses, but it was nice to know that it was available. Pickups and drop offs for tours and taxis were a breeze since the building is right in front of several common pickup points. Even when we called an uber, we never struggled, since the road on the side of the building is not busy. I saw a few reviews about the rooms getting cold at night. There were heaters and fans in each room, so that was not an issue for us. You can tell the hosts care! There was an power converter in the unit which was a blessing since I forgot mine. They had pamphlets available for local tours and attractions. We booked a full day excursion to Huacachina and Paracas with Peru Hop and it was a highlight of the trip. HIGHLY recommended! Wouldn't have found such a great tour company without those pamphlets. Each room has its own TV with Netflix, other streaming services, and plenty of local channel options, not that we had much time to watch. There were 3 bathrooms in the unit so each room got their own, which made things effortless in the morning. The water got nice and hot, and stayed hot. There were all the amenities necessary for bathing. Fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, washer and dryer, everything you could need. The kitchen was also fully stocked with dishes and cutlery. The fridge was empty and clean and had a water filter built into the door. I drank it the whole time we were there with no issues.

The ONLY thing I can even think about was a small bit of water that was left in the electric kettle from the last time it was cleaned or used. I bought some local coffee grounds and wanted to brew some coffee for my family in the morning and I noticed that the kettle already had about a cm of water that had probably been in there for a while. Since they provided sponges and soap it was an easy fix and no complaints. You can tell that the unit is a bit older, but compared to some of the places that I stayed in Cusco and Aguas Calientes, this place felt like a palace.

Very central to Miraflores was very nice. The view of the ocean from the room was great. The communication, friendliness and flexibility of the proprietor.

Cold day in Lima and large apartment was cold even with space heater heaters

Great location, very clean rooms and washrooms. Having the kitchen was a bonus, though we did not use it much on this trip. Definitely recommend staying here!

The best location in Miraflores,very posh very safe part of Lima.Located opposite very popular Larkomar, full of restaurants, bars,ships and very well supermarket Wong. The apartment is on 14 th floor with panoramic view over the ocean,and Marriotts Hotels!

The location is really the best in Lima. The proprietor is ready to assist immediately in case something is not as it should be.

Bathrooms are a bit small and outdated, but they are similar to all other bathrooms, so no complaints. Everything functional and it’s clean.
