Owner Ricardo Torres was a pleasure to deal with during the rental process. The 14th floor view may be one of the best in Lima combining street views, park views and coastal water views. The building is across the street from Larcomar shopping center. The building reflects the upscale neighborhood and appears in fine condition.

The building appears well maintained and the rental apartment is very spacious. But the overall condition shows lots of wear and tear. The main bathroom is old, tiny, and difficut to use. The main bedroom has odd wooden racks in the closet leaving no place to hang most clothes. The living/dining area floors and ceiling badly need to be remodeled in my opinion.

The view was amazing! There were lots of places to go to from the apartment. It was a great apartment! It was very clean and the beds were comfy. Our host checked on us immediately right away, every time I asked him about something.

Only that we didn't have shampoo; we had to buy it. Everything else was there! Fortunately there was a Mall around and a convenient store there. Also, the smell of humidity was everywhere but again we bought a spray to hide the smell. That's Lima for you! Miraflores is beautiful and many places around!

"Great location in a spacious apartment."

great location. Nice big space. Kitchen well-equipped. Things were easy to find and it was easy to get around. The nearby mall was great to have there. Having water provided was a nice touch. Also the laundry was great to have.

The only negatives were that there wasn't alot of toilet paper and there was no coffee (although there was a coffee maker). The elevators are also quite slow
